FOR TRANSFERRING PLAYERS
Please note that all transfers within Australia will open 1st Nov 2024 and close on 30th April 2025.
Within the PlayHQ platform, players initiate the transfer process, and this happens during the online registration form.
Once a Participant has completed the Participants Details page with a profile match in PlayHQ, a ‘Request a Transfer’ pop up box will appear.
Please click on the blue ‘Get Started’ button. This will take you to a ‘Transfer Request’ page for you to ‘submit a request.’ Once submitted, the previous club and league will be notified and have 6 calendar days to take appropriate action until the transfer automatically rolls over approved. Once it’s approved by all parties (previous club, league and new club) the Player will receive an email notification with a link to finalise the new club’s registration form and they will need to complete the Fees and Payments & Summary sections.

REGISTRATION FOR NEW & RETURNING JUNIOR & YOUTH HAWKIES

If you are a new player, please have your proof of age document (a birth certificate or current passport) on hand as our club registrar will email you once your registration comes through. Until this is sighted, your child’s registration will remain pending and unable to play fixtures.

GOVERNMENT FAIR PLAY VOUCHERS
For players who have received a Fair Play voucher, please see below for registration details.
- To receive the voucher discount off your fees, you will need your voucher code during the online registration process.
- This will need to be entered in the final payment section of the online form.
- Do not register until you have your voucher as the Sandgate Hawks will not be issuing any refunds for the voucher amount.
FAMILY DISCOUNT VOUCHERS

COMMUNICATION
Once you are registered with the Sandgate Hawks AFC, you become part of our PlayHQ database email communicator. Everything is communicated via this means.
Once you have been allocated to a team, the team manager will also set up a closed group communication either through email, a private Facebook page, WhatsApp, or the Game Day App.
The Sandgate Hawks also provide regular updates via their Facebook page & Instagram accounts. These are manned daily and offer prompt responses.
